By accessing and using Create PDF, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Create PDF is a third-party service that generates PDF documents from Notion database records using customizable templates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading documents

5. Notion Integration

You grant us permission to access your Notion databases as authorized through the Notion API. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share and process the data in your Notion workspace.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content and PDF templates. We retain ownership of the Create PDF service, software, and branding. You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the service.

8. Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
